I received a defective / not working item, what should I do?

  • You may contact the authorized service partner in your region or you may also return the unit to the outlet where you bought it from to be checked for repairing or replacement.

When are 'Returns with Complete Refund' not possible?

There are a certain scenarios (below examples; but not limited to) where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made after 7 days from delivery.
  • Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

How long does it take for defective items sent for repair to be returned? Please provide answer.

The minimum time period to collect - repair - deliver the unit will be 7 days from the time the unit is received which may also vary based on the defect status. However, in some cases, the service center will ensure to complete before 7days period, or within 14 days period, or as per the return/exchange policy implemented by the local authority.
